Completion Report? Phase 2 : Addressing the No-Power Issues of detectors Date Started :  Scope of Work : Findings : As power lines have been corrected to be able to power up the detectors if was found out that the original and sole power booster is not enough to power all the now active detectors. Proposed Correction : Additional Power Boosters Completion Report? Phase 3 : Addressing the Bad System Design with Additional Power Boosters Date Started :  Scope of Work : Findings : As additional power boosters provided enough power to the detectors troubles are now reported by the FDAS panel and have to be addressed one by one Proposed Correction :  Preventive Maintenance Completion Report? Welcome to the TEL3 FDaSS Site !!!

Welcome to the TEL3 "FDAS" Site !!! This is where we shall give the updates and activities regarding the Fire Protection System for The Eastwood Lafayette III (TEL3). While we got used to referring to the system as FDAS however it is just half of the system. FDAS stands for Fire and Detection Alarm System which is comprised of the smoke detectors, heat detectors, fire alarm bells, and control panel. The other half of the system is the AFSS which stands for Automatic Fire Suppression System which is comprised of the fire pump and sprinklers and fire tank.  However no matter how advanced a system is it would be rendered ineffective without a responsive Emergency Response Team onsite. Blah blah....  to be continued... Stay Safe... Team TEL3
